Hej Jakob..... ser ju färgen ganska endimensionell ut frågan är bara vad jag ska göra. .... Ska man köra en "pin wash", airbrush eller vad, vad gör ni?
Firstly you should make/paint the model you want ... not what I want

There is a never-ending discussion/arguement about this on many web pages. Its all a matter of taste and what you want really .... its your model .... always follow your own heart.
Many guys believe a model should be painted exactly how it is in real life ... base coat and weather accordingly. Thats realism and/or accuracy.
Others believe a model cannot reflect light and cast shadows like the real thing, and these should be added ... artisically or with with various techniques.
You should decide what style you like and do your own thing.
Personally I belong to the second group and believe a flat paint job is boring and gives no depth or interest to the painting. Weathering on top of this only flattens it more. Details are often lost.
I use many of the "old-school" tricks like pre and post shading, drybrushing and washes to bring out the details. Others use colour modulation or even a selection of both.
Weathering ... added strategically can highlight details even more (AK Interactive have a series called "the weathering magazine" which is a great resource for tips and tricks on this).
See these two pages on "The Assembly" where I describe the steps. Hopefully that helps some. I would leave your model as is ... these nothing wrong with it. If this is interesting to you, try it on your next model.
Feel free to contact me off.line if you want to know more ... or even come over some weekend ... I live in Sollentuna as well.
