Sud-Aviation SE-3130 Alouette II of the Swiss Air Force
I had been given by a model colleague an older Revell kit in 1:32 on the Alouette II "Attack" Nord SS 11 & Missiles. That was it for me to build an Alouette II of the Swiss Air Force initialization

As Template for my model served me the Sud-Aviation SE-3130 Alouette II V-43 from the Aviation Museum in Payerne / Switzerland.

For his real age already a kit with lots of fine detail, but requires some experience in the assembly despite the good building instructions.

Small explanation for "thing" on the front

The "thing" on the front is the mount for the rear-view mirror. The rear view mirrors are used to control the load hook and transported at underload flights.
