Did something happen to the decals, or are they supposed to look like that? (Is it part if a plan? )

HI !
Yes it did , the inner white was to large ,when I tryed to cut out the white the top decals came with it, so I tryed to save it by re-touching the black outline, got worst so I decided to remove them all and redo the process with a smaller white background !
