Reglerna är som följande:

To participate in the tournament are accepted models of land equipment and aircraft parked or standing by France, operated by French organizations and firms, either made in France, and operated in other countries, both now and at any time previously.
2. Scope and any model manufacturer.
3. It is allowed to use any additional sets (resin, fotoetch, etc.) in any quantity.
4. Independent refining improvised materials-without restrictions.
5. Design is at the discretion of the author, but the model must be submitted in their entirety.
6. The event starts- 22 April 2017 years. the end of the reception of the works-11:00 pm 59iin. September 30, 2017 year Moscow time.
7. Models are allowed to participate, complete the necessary in the period of the tournament. At the same time, the level of preparedness of the model at the time of the start of the tournament is not important.
8. To participate in the tournament are taken pictures of the finished models in not more than 10 pieces (+ one photo of the prototype, if there is, + one photo model at the start of the tournament), images to be published, the author identifies himself. Allowed to submit one photo models with collage showcasing small parts and assembly process. Image size-not more than 1000 pixels on the larger side and up to 500 KB.
9. Participation in the tournament is happening without prior application prior to the expiration of the tournament you need to send photos of the finished model by e-mail the referee with a brief description of the model and the build process with indication of nickname on the Forum and present the name and surname of the author (optional).
10. During the event and vote not allowed reupload on the Internet as the Assembly phases and the finished model. Otherwise, the job is removed from the tournament.
11.After the end of the reception work, photos uploaded to the special theme for the audience, in this case, do not specify the authorship of the works, the manufacturer of the source dataset, the number and the name of the applicable aftemarketa and additional work. Evaluated only the final result. Foreign guests Forum brings together on a common basis.
12. If there is a sufficient number of works in the following categories are held voting split on the prop and jet planes, land equipment:-1/144 and less-1/72/, 1/48 and more. With the participation of different scale model, the referee puts it in the nomination of the nearest scale. If there are two models in the same scale it is possible to create additional nomination.
13. Vote-winner is determined by choice of viewers among members of the Forum. Participants can vote on those nominations that do not present their model. Voting shall be held on the 10 point system, where compliance to the prototype and build quality, accuracy and the overall impression of the model. The Tournament Organizer has the right to request party vote explanation for its assessment.
14. At the conclusion of the vote will be declared the winners, called the authors of each work and the description, and all participants - Forum members are added in their profile icons of the Tournament The winner gets a colored icon in the Profile, the other participants-black and white.
15. The Organizer (Referee) of the tournament and tournament Pavel Goldovskiy /Pavel_P/. Email address to send photos of finished models and descriptions-gps(snabel-a)inbox.ru. In this case, the Referee, when desire and opportunity, takes part in the event on an equal footing with other participants.
Note:
1. All questions concerning the admission of the model is solved with the Referee in the
correspondence.
2. Presentation and fantastic models and coloring "paper" projects, and their tolerance for the tournament is consistent with the Referee.
3. Support format are allowed to participate, without vote.
4. Referee t has the right to reject the model alone in violation of the conditions of the tournament or its invite the author to translate into support.
5. All matters not provided for in this regulation are resolved by the Referee alone.
