Har läst att man kan använda kloroform om man ska limma stridsvagnsband av mjukplast/vinyldäck. Någon som vet något om detta?

Har hört att det funkar på Abs och plexi /Lennart

vinyl to plastic...hmmm...a tricky one...ok after some experimentation (and sleeping off some hallucnegenic effects!) theres a glue made by ICI under the tradename of 'Tensol' avaliable in a number of thicknesses and used for glueing acrylic sheet (avaliable from your local 'perspex' stockist?) the standard type and the two part one both seem to bond vinyl onto plastic, as does tetrahydroflurane, also used in thje arcylic
industry (possibly avaliable from chemical suppliers?

Tensol cement No. 12 contains dichloromethane and methyl methacrylate and it is advised that you heed the warnings printed on the container. Supplied in a 500ml. tin.

Om man betänker det som står här så kanske man vill hitta något
annat att limma vinyl med?

Jag skulle nog välja andra metoder

varning: risk för att man tuppar av och slår pannbenet i modellen man sitter och bygger
