Academy har en sats med ett tyskt fältkök dragen av två hästar, vart släppt i olika omgångar med olika boxarts.
Samma sats verkar också vara släppt av Tamiya .

vet ej om nån av dem har den i sitt nuvarande sortiment...

Have to agree with Holst .... think the harness will be the easiest part to scratch build. Many choose to do this anyway, as that detail can often be soft or flimsy options like cut paper offered in the Academy and Tamiya field kitchen alternatives. There are many sets with horse pairs today, so the horses can be mixed up some to allow variation.
Ultimately, it all comes down to what you are prepared to pay, detail level, your own skill set and amount of work you are prepared to do.
