Thank you for your interest in Vallejo products and thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused and hope we can find a solution quickly.
The quality of our products is very important to us, and for this reason, we kindly request you send us the batch numbers printed on the label under the barcode. This code starts with a letter and is followed by numbers, for example: K-02-05. Once we have this information, we can send the reference to our chemistry department to test the batch to ensure highest quality. As soon as the quality test is finished, we will respond to your issue with the resolution and take the required steps.
Once again, thank you for bringing this to our attention and we appreciate your interest in our products.

Väntar nu på svar om just den batchen jag har. Mellan raderna verkar det ju inte som att det är ett medvetet val från Vallejos sida. Har iaf bett dem bekräfta om så är fallet. De hade även kopierat in Alex Vallejo i mailet så man får väl anta att de ser allvarligt på saken!
